Q: What info do you need if I want to get a quote for a custom plastic part?
A: 3D drawing in IGS/STEP/X-T format is preferred. CAD drawings with weight info or physical samples are also acceptable. Please include quantity and any special requirements like painting or assembly.
Q: What materials can you handle?
A: We process various materials including PC, PP, ABS, Nylon, PA6, PA66, TPE, PVC, PBT, Glass Fiber reinforced plastics, AS, PS, PMMA, and rubber parts in NBR or Silicone.
Q: Can you advise on design feasibility for injection molding?
A: Yes, our engineering team checks drawings for injection feasibility and potential design problems, such as unnecessary plastic that could increase costs or cause surface sink marks.
Q: What's your lead time for mold and for production?
A: Usually, samples are sent within 30-35 days from the mold order. Production lead time ranges from 2 to 8 weeks depending on the order size.
Q: What is the mold life guarantee?
A: We provide a lifetime guarantee. If a mold begins to age (typically after 500,000 shots), we will create a new mold at our expense to ensure stable production.
